整天没有吃,肚子超饿,所以今晚给自己来顿丰盛的晚餐!
Didn't have food for the whole day and now I am kinda starving! I bet you can understand the HUGE PORTION of dinner here. In the meantime, I do like to share with all my fellow readers who live far away from home about "J Recipe" here..

The personal cooking rule is always Healthy, Fast and Easy!

第一道:红烧鲑鱼
需要的材料非常简单!只需要鲑鱼和红烧酱
 Firstly, will be my Teriyaki Salmon. We just need 2 things : Teriyaki sauce and Salmon fish


适量的红烧酱腌制新鲜的鲑鱼几分钟。。 然后放入热锅煮熟即可。
Pickle your salmon with the Teriyaki sauce you have for a couple minutes and cook it until it is cooked.  AND DONE!

第二道:咖喱鸡腿
材料只有三种:咖喱块,鸡腿肉和水。够简单吧!
Next one will be Curry Chicken
All you need is Curry cube, Chicken Tight and Water.

鸡肉切丁
Cut chicken into small pieces

 适量咖喱块
Prepare your Curry cube

做法:把水煮滚
Boil the water in the first place

把适量的咖喱块放入滚水,煮溶
Place the curry cube into boiling water

便成咖喱浆汁
 Keep stirring until it become your tasty little sauce...

把浆汁暂时放一旁。。
Temporarily set your sauce aside...

开始把腿肉煮熟。。
 And now we should continue to work with the chicken.. Simple just cook it without any additional seasoning..

 鸡肉煮熟的时候。。
When the chicken is cooked.....

 把浆汁倒进锅中,用文火烹调,让浆汁与鸡肉均匀的混在一起。
We then can add in the curry sauce into chicken and mix them together...

香香的咖喱鸡肉就这样完成啦!
And the tasty curry chicken is ready to be serve!

再来就是健康饮食少不了的主角,青菜。今天的青菜品种:青白花椰菜! 
材料也只有两种:蚝油和青菜。
Vege is the main character of Healthy life so here we are, I am cooking cute little broccoli...
Two things to prepare: Oyster Sauce and Vege

青菜切小,洗净。
Wash and Cut

 蚝油
This is the oyster sauce I have


热锅,把菜半闷半煮,记得煮菜的时候加点水。然后再加上适量的蚝油即可!
Start from heating the pan, add in broccoli  with a bit of water and cook it. Then add in some oyster sauce when the broccoli is nearly cook. And we are perfectly done!!

简单,快速,健康又丰盛的晚餐,上桌了!
